Time is our most valuable commodity, so please advise us if you have limitations on your time so we can adjust your appointment accordingly.

Your appointment time is especially reserved for you.
We kindly ask that you please let us know 24 hours prior, so that we can make your time slot available to other clients. If a NO SHOW happens you will be charged 50% of what your service would have been and will be required to put a $50 deposit down for your next appointment with us.

We understand that things happen and life gets busy. However, in the case of a short notice cancellation (less then 24 hours of your appointment time) you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee is charged depending on your service.

If you are running late please call or text as soon as possible! If you happen to be running more than 10-15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your full service; in this case we will offer and shorter service time or the option to reschedule to make sure we are not running late for our other clients who have booked in for a specific time.

We like to offer a good shampooing ritual so please be in the salon 15 minutes prior to your cut or blow-dry service.

We value your feedback. If there is anything that you are not 100% happy with please know we encourage you to let us know, this is the only way we can improve our service and skills.
